I saw Water Heater Pro at my neighbors house a couple of days ago doing maintenance on their tankless water heater. I inquired about the cost of a tankless unit and I talked to Ron. My water heater was working fine, but it turns out my water heater was 16 years old. Ron educated me on the average life span of a tank water heater is 8-10 years. He told me how with tankless you never run out of hot water. You have up to a 5 times smaller footprint on the ecology and the tankless is more efficient. Ron told me that he and Sergio could change our water heater over in one day so we wouldn't have to go without hot water. Ron was informative, and I decided to go ahead with the purchase. This review was a little late since we were on vacation. Prior to our departure I noticed a water puddle by our water heater. This could have been disastrous if it happened while we were gone. I talked to Ron at Water Heater Pro and explained my situation and they were very reassuring. I had a lot of question, since we have solar panels. We were considering going tankless and electric. Ron explained my options, tankless gas, tankless electric, gas heater of various sizes. After weighing the pros and cons, I decided to just replace the original. Ron said he could get it going, and for now he would be a hero, but in 2 months it would go out again and he would be the bad guy. My experience with Water Heater Pro was great. It all started with my conversation to request a quote. Ron was friendly as well as professional. He asked what services I needed and asked if I could send him 2 photos of my current water heater. This would help to provide him with the model number, age and specifications of my water heater. Within a few minutes of sending him the photos, he sent me a quote which I felt was reasonable and accepted. He told me he would set up a time for this afternoon. Ron and Sergio actually came a little bit early, with the appropriate masks and distancing. The surveyed the job site and began the work. They work well as a team. I can't say enough about how happy I am with this company. I called late in the evening because my water heater had given out and Ron answered right away. He assured me that he would get a new one in on Saturday and calmed my nerves. He said he would have Sergio out between 8 and 9 am and have the job completed before noon. He quoted me on the job and he came out and helped Sergio put it in. At 11:45 am he gave me the bill for exactly what I was quoted, not a penny more. These guys were life savers. hank you so much.

Excellent all around. I had a water heater go out and I called them to weigh repair options. They were able to determine that the water heater needed to be replaced. This is for a rental unit and I didn't want the brand new tenant to be without hot water. And of course all of this was going down on a Sunday. Water Heater Pro answered the phone immediately, described options and by the end of the afternoon a new water heater was making hot water in the unit. The newly installed water was up to code and provided peace of mind. Sergio was the technician and he was utterly top notch in every regard.

Sergio, the installer, explained our options clearly and even offered minor changes (like draining the catch pan and pressure relief valve outside) so I won't need to have my garage flood in another 9 years. Polite, clean, and done in 2 hours, and provided good directions on how to maintain the water heater.

It is never a convenient time for a water heater to quit. So our water heater giving up on Saturday night was not an exception. I called Water heater Pro and got Ron on the phone. Response was quick, same day. After Ron provided good info to help us decide to replace our 8 year old popping water heater, we went ahead with replacing it. Sergio arrived as scheduled and he was excellent. The final installed work (water heater, plumbing, earthquake straps) is a market improvement over the previous installation.
